To place an order, simply browse our product catalog, select the items you’d like to purchase, and add them to your cart. Then, proceed to checkout, where you can provide your delivery details and make the payment.

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

The delivery time depends on your location. We aim to process and ship orders promptly, and you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days for domestic orders.

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. Changes may be possible if the order has not yet been shipped.

Absolutely! We can accommodate bulk orders for events, parties, or corporate gifting. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: Send an email to support@tasteofmadurai.com with your order number and a request to cancel your order. It’s important to do this within 6 hours from the time of placing your order, as we process orders promptly.

  • Cancellation Timeframe: Cancellation requests should be initiated within 6 hours of placing the order. We offer a full refund if the request is received within this timeframe.

  • Cancellation After 6 Hours: Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after the initial 6-hour window has passed. At this point, our makers may have already started preparing the items or we may have begun packaging your order.
